Justice Dept to Review San Fran PD

After the killing of a young black man in December.

Following the slaying of a young black man in December, the Department of Justice will launch an investigation into the San Francisco police department, officials said on Monday. The two-year review is a response to calls for help from the San Francisco mayor and its Board of Supervisors. The city has seen a number of protest since a video of Mario Woods's death surfaced. The video shows police opening fire was Woods attempted to walk away.
