Attorneys from the U.S. Department of Justice are set to investigate the police killing of 24-year-old Jamar Clark in Minneapolis. During their visit beginning on Sunday, they will try to determine if authorities should release the videos of the shooting which happened a week ago. There has been resistance to releasing them so far because federal and state authorities believe the footage wouldn't show the whole scope of the incident.
