Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) said on Saturday that she would decide “over the holiday” whether to run for president in 2020. Calling it a “very serious decision,” Harris told MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski at the at the Know Your Value conference that it will be an “ugly” campaign. “When you break things, it is painful. And you get cut. And you bleed,” said Harris, a former attorney general of California.
