The former Jon and Kate Plus Eight star has been axed from Dancing With the Stars after an uninspiring foxtrot that caused one judge to say her partner "could have had more life out of a frock on a coat hanger." Jon and Kate will go to court in Pennsylvania on May 25 to resolve Jon's motion for full custody of the kids; his attorney said Kate's Dancing With the Stars appearances caused her to neglect the brood, a charge her attorney said was "patently false."
