Kelly: Stop-and-Frisk Ruling 'Offensive'

After a judge ruled Monday that the NYPD's controversial stop-and-frisk policy violated the Constitution, police commissioner Ray Kelly said the notion that his officers use racial profiling 'recklessly untrue.'
