Actor Kevin Spacey faces a felony sexual assault charge for an alleged attack on an 18-year-old man at a Nantucket bar in July 2016. The Cape and Islands, Massachusetts, district attorney announced the news Monday but declined to give further details. According to the Boston Globe, a criminal complaint has already been issued and Spacey is due for arraignment on Jan. 7. in Nantucket District Court. The charge reportedly stems from allegations made last year by former Boston TV news anchor Heather Unruh, who publicly said that her son, whom she described as a “starstruck, straight 18-year-old young man,” was assaulted by the House of Cards star. Just as news of the criminal charge broke Monday, a bizarre video was posted to Spacey’s official Twitter account in which he appeared to reprise his role of Frank Underwood to tell viewers that “we’re not done no matter what anybody says.” “You want me back,” he told viewers, apparently in reference to Netflix’s decision to kill his character off of House of Cards after he was accused of on-set sexual harassment.
