Khorasan Bomb Maker May Be Alive

A Khorasan group bomb maker that was believed to have been killed in a U.S. strike actually appears to be alive. U.S. officials say there’s evidence that French jihadist David Drugeon actually survived last month’s strike during which his vehicle was hit. New intelligence gleaned from monitoring Khorasan and al Qaeda communications indicates Drugeon was seriously hurt, but was transported and received medical care. Drugeon is considered one of the most dangerous Khorasan operatives because of his knowledge of explosives.
