Germany's famous four-year-old polar bear Knut apparently died young from "significant changes to the brain" that were revealed in an initial autopsy, the Berlin Zoo said on Tuesday. The zoo did not elaborate on Knut's cause of death, saying it would take several days before they could fully analyze the famous bear's brain complications. Pathologists found no changes to any other organs, and plan to conduct more tests. A German news agency reported that the Berlin Zoo hopes to have Knut immortalized as a stuffed animal to be displayed at the Berlin's Museum of Natural History.
