Kylie Jenner Gives Birth to a Baby Girl

After months of speculation about status of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star.

Kylie Jenner officially announced the birth of her daughter on Sunday, putting months of rumors to rest. The baby was born on Feb. 1 at 4:43 p.m., and was eight pounds, nine ounces. Jenner shared the news on social media in an 11-minute video showing the highlights of her pregnancy. She accompanied the video reveal with a statement, apologizing to her fans for “keeping [them] in the dark.” She wrote, “I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role in the most positive, stress free, and healthy way I knew how.” She added that there was “no big paid reveal [she] had planned.” This reveal comes after months of speculation starting in September, and Jenner going uncharacteristically out of public view in the past few months.
