The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office is reviewing a sexual assault case against actor Sylvester Stallone. Greg Rieslin, a spokesman for the D.A., told The Hollywood Reporter that the case has been filed by the Santa Monica Police Department. The alleged crime occurred in the 1990s, meaning it is outside California’s statute of limitations. Stallone has denied wrongdoing.
