A man suspected of killing two people and seriously injuring another in a street racing crash surrendered to Los Angeles police on Saturday. Henry Michael Gevorgyan, 21, was identified as the driver of a Ford Mustang that crashed into a crowd. Police have said they plan to file murder charges against him.
