A Fox News reporter is alleging in a new lawsuit that she was demoted for writing about her struggle with endometriosis. Diana Falzone, a reporter for FoxNews.com, says she was discriminated against because of her gender. According to the lawsuit, Falzone’s superiors at the network approved the story, but shortly after it was published, she was “permanently banned from ever appearing on air” or doing voiceovers for any Fox content. “By permanently removing Falzone from the air, Fox News has significantly damaged, and will continue to significantly damage, her career path,” the lawsuit reads.
