Former Serbian General Ratko Mladic now has his Hague-appointed attorney. The U.N. War crimes tribunal assigned Mladic a Serbian lawyer to defend him against charges related to the genocide of thousands of Bosnian Muslims during the 1992-95 Bosnian war. The lawyer, Milos Saljic, claims to have a document proving Mladic has been battling cancer and was treated at a Serbian hospital in 2009. Saljic has been arguing that the suspected war criminal is too ill to appear before the court. Mladic is scheduled to go before the tribunal tomorrow, where he'll be asked to enter pleas for the charges against him.
