Lew Confirmed as Treasury Sec

Our dollar bills are about to get a new, super-loopy signature. The U.S. Senate voted to confirm Jack Lew as the nation's 76th Treasury secretary. The former White House Budget Director under President Clinton and Chief of Staff under President Obama skated through the Senate vote with 71 votes approving and only 26 against. Hope he's ready to jump straight in--the government has a day left to find a compromise for $85 billion in budget cuts set to kick in Friday.
