Ebola appears to be resurging in Liberia. The country recorded a second death from the lethal virus, just weeks after declaring that it had contained Ebola transmission. A twentysomething woman, who died July 12, was linked to a 17-year-old boy who succumbed last week, officials say. More than 4,800 died of Ebola in Liberia alone during last year’s devastating outbreak.
