Muammar Qaddafi may also now have an uprising on his hands: 2,000 people turned out in the Libyan city of Benghazi to protest the arrest of a government critic, according to the BBC. The protests quickly turned violent: Al Jazeera says protesters were armed with stones and Molotov cocktails and that police used force to disperse them. According to local reports, 14 people were injured including 10 security forces. Anti-government protesters are calling for a “day of rage” Thursday.
