Libyan President: Attacks 'Definitely' Planned

On 'Face the Nation,' Mohamed Yousef El-Magariaf said that 'foreigners' planned the attacks on the American consulate in Benghazi. 'It was—definitely—it was planned by foreigners,' he said.
