It's not much better than "my dog ate my homework," but somehow Lil Wayne was able to postpone his sentencing due to a toothache. The rapper appeared in court Tuesday and convinced prosecutors to agree that the he would receive better care from his own dentist than the ones at Rikers Island. He will be underdoing dental surgery in Miami on Friday and recovering for a week thereafter. Lil Wayne could spend up to a year in jail for gun charges. The judge rescheduled his sentencing for March 2.
