Actress Lindsay Lohan has turned down the plea bargain offered by a Los Angeles prosecutor, which means she will stand trial on charges she stole a $2,500 necklace. The deal would have put her in jail for three to six months. Since Lohan will not appear in court Friday to plead guilty, she is due in court on April 22 for a preliminary hearing to determine if there is enough evidence for a full trial. The starlet has maintained she is innocent, but if convicted her jail time will likely be longer than six months. Lohan is still on probation for a 2007 drunk-driving and cocaine conviction.
