A police body camera on one of the Louisiana police officers who shot and killed a 6-year-old autistic boy allegedly shows that the boy’s father had his hands up when the law-enforcement officials fired on his vehicle. The two officers in question are being held on $1 million bonds for second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder, respectively. Louisiania’s state police chief said Friday that the video is “the most disturbing thing I’ve seen.”
