Love & Hip Hop: New York star Mendeecees Harris has been sentenced to eight years and one month in prison, plus five years of supervised release, for his federal drug trafficking charges. Harris will be credited for the 15 months he's already served since his arrest, and has reportedly paid $100,000 from his earnings to the federal government.
