Apparently it was attacking the games that did it. Hackergroup Anonymous, many of whose members come from the unruly message board4Chan, declared war on hacker group LulzSec after becoming frustrated with thatgroup's attacks on several Internet games. A poster urging people to tell theFBI if they knew any members of LulzSec made the rounds on the Internet severaldays ago. Soon after LulzSec tweeted “Challenged Accepted, losers :D,” andfollowed up with a claim to a denial of service attack on 4Chan's Web hostingcompany. Anonymous says it has an activist agenda, and gained notoriety forattacking governments and companies they deemed unfriendlty to WikiLeaks.LulzSec has take credit for attacks on PBS, Fox, and Sony.
