Even bad ratings can't throw Don Draper off his game. Last night's seventh season opener of Mad Men has made the books as the series's lowest-rated season premiere since 2008. The AMC show raked in 2.3 million viewers at 10 p.m., down from the 3.4 million who tuned in for last season's premiere.
