To say that Herbert Chavez is obsessed with Superman is an understatement. The 34-year-old Filipino has had in the neighborhood of 17 plastic-surgery procedures (he’s lost count) to make him look like Superman, including chin implants to capture the iconic cleft, lip injections, skin pigment orientation, four nose jobs, three tummy tucks, and more. The procedures began in 1998, when Chavez was a pimple-faced 21-year-old with a huge love for all things Superman. Check out several pictures of Chavez in action.

Chavez underwent plastic surgery to transform himself into the Man of Steel, including a nose job and creating a cleft in his chin. He also had silicone injections for fuller lips, liposuction to flatten his abdomen, and implants to bulk up his buttocks and hips.
