A man was detained Friday night in San Francisco in connection with a suitcase found downtown stuffed with human remans. The arrest came hours after police released grainy surveillance photos of the man wearing a baseball cap, light blue jeans and an orange jacket. The suitcase was found Wednesday in the city’s South of Market neighborhood, with more body parts found in a trash can nearby.
