Pablo Vasquez, a man in Texas was executed on Wednesday after killing a 12-year-old boy in 1998 and reportedly drinking his blood. "I am sorry to David's family. This is only way that I can be forgiven. You got your justice right here," Vasquez said before the execution. He told police in the late 90s that he drank the boy's blood in a satanic ritual. He also said he was trying to cut the boy's head off because the devil told him to do so.
