A man who plunged to his death from a San Diego cliff while using a camera or cellphone on Christmas Day has been identified, the AP reports. Officials have not yet located the device, but witnesses reported seeing 33-year-old father, Joshua Burwell of Indiana, taking pictures when he slipped and fell 40 feet onto the rocks at the beach below. A local medical examiner’s office said bystanders climbed down to perform CPR on Burwell but that he died at the scene.
