Man Found With Rosie O'Donnell's Daughter Arrested

The man Rosie O’Donnell’s teenage daughter was staying with earlier this week was arrested Friday for allegedly endangering the welfare of a child and distribution of obscenity to a minor, police said. Steven Sheerer, 25, was arrested at his home in New Jersey after police investigated the contents of 17-year-old Chelsea O’Donnell’s cell phone with the consent of her mother, Rosie. Police said they found evidence of inappropriate communications between the two stretching back several weeks. If convicted, Sheerer faces up to five years in prison for each charge. Sheerer was previously convicted on charges of heroin distribution and possession.
