At least four police officers and an unknown number of civilians were injured Friday after a man opened fire near a Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood. The clinic was open at the time of attack, with patients and staff inside. Police encountered gunfire as they searched for the suspect inside the building. The public is advised to stay away from the Centennial and Fillmore area.
