Aakash Neeraj Mittal, a recent graduate in India, wanted to stand out from the crowd of job-seekers—no easy task in the world’s second-most-populous country. Hoping for a position as product manager at Flipkart, he posted a listing with himself as the product, cleverly showing off his résumé in the process.
While the ruse didn’t get Mittal a call from Flipkart, he says he did manage to find a job somewhere else.
