Many Think Health Care Law Overturned

Confused

Supreme Court hasn't heard the case yet.

The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments for and against repealing the Affordable Health Care Act later this month, with a decision expected by the end of June. But according to 14 percent of Americans, the high court has already made its decision and repealed the contentious law. A Kaiser Family Foundation poll discovered that a substantial percentage of citizens are misinformed on the status of the health care legislation. Additionally, only 28 percent of those serveyed think that the individual mandate--a requirement that all Americans buy some type of health care plan--is constitutional, while 51 percent think it's not. 53 percent also predict that the Supreme Court will decide repeal the law.
