"I'm not going to be anybody's vice president," Marco Rubio said in an interview Thursday after he returned to Capitol Hill. Rubio, who ended his campaign after a crushing loss in Florida on Tuesday, said there is still enough time left in the race to stop Donald Trump. He also said he would not run for Florida's governor in 2018 or another senate term.
