Senator John McCain expressed concern for isolationism’s growing favor within the Republican Party, particularly among 2012 presidential hopefuls. McCain, alongside Senator John Kerry, support Obama’s Libya decision, and are drafting a resolution to eliminate any question of the president’s compliance with the War Powers Act.
