McCain: Obama, Not Rice, 'The Problem'

After weeks of attacking U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice, John McCain shifted gears on 'Fox News Sunday.' He said Rice deserves an opportunity to explain herself, and that 'the problem is the president of the United States.'
