McConnell on Conservative Dissatisfaction with GOP

We're not sure Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) understands how elections work. When John King asked him about the low approval ratings for the GOP among their Republican and conservative constituents, McConnell blew him off, saying the dissatisfaction is "not relevant to what will happen in November."
