Medics accidentally dropped a British cruise-ship passenger into the North Sea as they carried her off the ship on a stretcher. She had fallen ill and she was being transported to a rescue boat when the boats suddenly drifted apart, causing rescuers to drop her. She then floated in water that was about 25 degrees Fahrenheit for eight minutes before she could be rescued. She is now being treated at a hospital in Norway.
