Mississippi has officially declared fantasy sports to be a form of gambling, rendering it illegal under state law. State Attorney General Jim Hood joins the top lawyers in New York, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, and Vermont in determining the multibillion-dollar sports-related industry to be illegal under their respective state laws.
