Mitt was the big winner on Tuesday, but he might have to share Michigan’s delegates with his rival, Rick Santorum. Romney won by such a small margin that the Michigan Republican Party’s results still show each of the candidates winning half of the state’s districts. Unless Romney can win over one more district before the results are complete, he and Santorum will have to split the Michigan delegates, 14 each. Romney, however, can rest easy knowing he won all of Arizona’s 29 delegates, keeping him in the lead of his competitors with 167 delegates even if he gets only half of Michigan’s.
