Maybe team Romney should decide on a position before going on TV. The former Massachusetts governor weighed in on Obama’s individual health-care mandate Wednesday, telling CBS News he believes it’s a tax. Too bad his senior advisor said just the opposite and called it a penalty just a few days earlier.
