Lacey Spears, the mother on trial for killing her 5-year-old son, was convincted of second-degree murder by a Westchester, New York court on Monday. Spears gained a following after posting about her child's medical condition on social media as he was hospitalized 23 times. Prosecutors argued that she put salt into his feeding tube and called it "nothing short of torture." Spears faces 15 years to life in prison and will be sentenced in early April.
