French police said on Friday that the grisly deaths of a family and a cyclist in the Alps may have been motivated by a money feud between two brothers. On Wednesday, a passing cyclist found the bodies of another cyclist shot in the head and Iraqi-born Saad al-Hilli, his wife, and his mother-in-law. A 7-year-old was found collapsed near the car and a 4-year-old girl was found alive hours later in the car. Police now say the killings may have been prompted by "a dispute between the two brothers about money," a prosecutor told the AFP, and "the brother will have to be questioned at length."
