Monty Python star Terry Jones, 74, has been diagnosed with a severe form of dementia, his spokesman revealed Friday. The Welsh comedian “is no longer able to give interviews,” as the primary progressive aphasia has affected his ability to communicate. Jones directed Monty Python’s Life of Brian and The Meaning of Life, and co-directed Monty Python and the Holy Grail with the troupe co-star Terry Gilliam.
