Fox News had the most viewers in the 8 p.m. ET hour, with CNN in second place from airing its town hall with Ben Carson, Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz. MSNBC scheduled its event after CNN announced its own Trump-less town hall, seemingly as an attempt to compete with the cable rival for ratings.
