After winning an Academy Award for her performance in The Blind Side, she will be honored by MTV at next month's MTV Movie Awards. Bullock will be the first woman to receive the MTV Generation Award, a lifetime achievement prize handed out by the network. And, now that the actress has confirmed her presence, it will be her first red carpet since the news of her husband's affairs hit the tabloids.
