Libyan rebels hoping for a no-fly zone are getting ... a new UN envoy. Muammar Gaddafi has agreed to allow the envoy and a humanitarian team into Tripoli to assess the situation. Meanwhile, he’s marching eastward with his forces along the Mediterranean coast. Al Jazeera says the rebels' high spirits have faded, as Gaddafi strikes back. On Monday, his forces recaptured the oil port of Ras Lanuf, which has major oil complexes.
