State media group Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) has reported that North Korea has been test firing underwater ballistic missiles. "There took place an underwater test-fire of Korean-style powerful strategic submarine ballistic missile. The ballistic missile was developed on the personal initiative of Supreme Commander of the Korean People's Army Kim Jong-Un," KCNA said. According to BreakingNews.com, this means they have test-fired such missiles at least four times in the past year and a half.
