A photograph of Michael Jackson’s naked, dead body has been released following its use as evidence in the current manslaughter trial against Jackson’s doctor Conrad Murray. A Los Angeles medical examiner’s official referred to the image during his testimony to the jury today. The image depicts a gaunt, seemingly bruised Jackson at the time of his autopsy.
