Ryan Lochte makes our worst-dressed list this week for his all-around, consistently offensive personal style, which includes grills, eccentric Speedos, and sparkling green things with the word “Jeah” embroidered on them. But when the Olympian appeared alongside “girlfriend”—presumably for the night—Annabeth Murphy-Thomas, who wore some tribal rendering of a swimsuit-gown, we had to shudder.
