Libya’s rebels made new progress on Tuesday, pushing closer to Tripoli, with NATO spurring progress by bombing the capital. The international coalition also dropped leaflets on the ground near the city of Zlitan, warning of new helicopter strikes with images of helicopters and burning tanks. “When you see these helicopters, it means it is already too late for you,” the signs read in Arabic, meant to be a threat to forces loyal to Gaddafi. “There is no place to hide.”
