NBC has apparently fallen to fifth place in the Nielsen TV ratings during the February sweeps period, when networks insert dramatic plotlines and massive events to boost ratings during the survey. NBC won the November sweeps, but this time even Univision topped them. CBS, which aired the Super Bowl and the Grammy Awards, was No. 1.
